Cranmore Mountain Resort: Groundbreaking multi-year redevelopment project, The Lookout“Thank you for your commitment to the future of skiing.” – US House Rep. Chris Pappas. Cranmore celebrated the groundbreaking of the next phase in Cranmore's multi-year redevelopment project, The Lookout. The building will sit parallel to the new Fairbank Lodge at the base of the mountain, extending out towards the Skimobile Express Quad. In addition to 17 new residences (with ski-in/ski-out access), our indispensable ski patrol team will get a spacious, state-of-the-art first aid facility. „We are grateful for the great turnout, with many of our partners in attendance, including Atlantic Construction Group, the Fairbank Group, US House Rep. Chris Pappas, and many others.“ The Lookout Located steps away from the Skimobile Express Quad, Phase 1 of The Lookout will include 17 village and garden view residences and the resort's state-of-the-art first aid facility. Residences have between 2–4 bedrooms, are either single story or lofted, and range from 1170 to 2490 square feet in size. Phase 1 of this project is projected to be completed in 2024. Phase 2 of The Lookout will include 19 additional residences mirroring Phase 1's, as well as the resort's new full-service ski shop. Phase 2 of The Lookout is the last phase of Cranmore's overall Master Redevelopment. |
