enrope: T-bar lift refit in Switzerland

After 12 years of silence, the Läger-Horneggli ski lift (CH) was put back into operation!

Private investors made an order possible for the enrope GmbH sales partner - Bahnstark GmbH in Churwalden Switzerland.

The following refit was carried out:
  • 96 new comfortable towing plates (enrope GmbH)
  • 96 new retraction devices type 200 (enrope GmbH)
  • 96 special adapters for suspension poles (enrope GmbH)
  • Replacement drive motor (incl. laser alignment)
  • Replacement ski lift control unit (Tscharner Seilbahnsteuerungen)
  • Gearbox revision incl. retrofitting of a backstop
  • Replacement of deflection wheel bearings
  • Retrofitting of sheave monitoring and bow rollover monitoring
  • Tension cable replacement incl. manufacture of new potting head

  • Height difference: 196 m
  • Inclined length: 622 m
  • 6 supports with 1.8 m track width
  • Speed: 2.8 m/s
  • Transport capacity: 770 p/h
  • Drive power: 55 kW
  • Drive position: on the mountain
