Technoalpin: B.E.A.T.master: Maintenance in the digital age reimaginedWith B.E.A.T.master, TechnoAlpin is taking predictive maintenance to the next level. The new web app transforms the proven B.E.A.T. concept into a streamlined digital workflow – enhancing transparency, efficiency, and safety in everyday operations. In the right rhythm throughout the maintenance year The B.E.A.T. service concept divides the year into four phases: Beginning, Equipment, Action and Target. Following this rhythm creates the ideal conditions for a smooth start to the snow season in autumn. Because maintenance is just like a musical score: A flawless result hinges on striking the right B.E.A.T. A digital companion for every phase of the process B.E.A.T.master accompanies the snow team as a digital guideline through all maintenance steps – structured, clear and available at all times. The web app supports the planning, performance and documentation of all maintenance activities, while enabling seamless information capture and sharing between technicians, service teams, and management. As a responsive application, B.E.A.T.master can be used on laptops, tablets and smartphones. The intuitive, intentionally streamlined user interface enables easy access – both from the slope and from the office. Step by step throughout the maintenance year Using a clearly structured dashboard view, B.E.A.T.master guides you through each individual phase: Beginning (February - May): As soon as the snow season comes to an end, the focus shifts to a comprehensive analysis of the plant as a whole. In B.E.A.T.master, the service schedules created for each ski area are clearly structured and easy to navigate. All maintenance inspections, including their descriptions, are stored for each machine and each associated valve. This ensures that technicians always know exactly which tests need to be performed and how they should be evaluated. Every inspection can be documented as soon as it's complete. Any required spare parts or repairs for each component of the snowmaking system are recorded immediately. Equipment (June - August): Beginning and Equipment are the two central phases that form the foundation for a successful upcoming snow season. In the subsequent Action phase (September-November), the plant is tested as part of a comprehensive system test. The aim is to ensure that all components are functioning properly and that the plant as a whole is ready for operation before the snow starts to fall. In the final Target phase (December-February), you benefit from smooth, reliable snowmaking throughout the entire operating period. Easy start-up, lasting benefits Using B.E.A.T.master is tied to participation in the free B.E.A.T. program. In addition to access to the web app, participants benefit from attractive conditions for spare parts orders and service calls. The only condition is that the defined maintenance phases are followed and the measures required are implemented on time.
