Strategic partnership NZSKI with BonSki, the world?s largest indoor snow sports operator

In Shenzhen, we had the privilege of signing a strategic partnership with BonSki, the world’s largest indoor snow sports operator. The ceremony, held at the newly opened Shenzhen BonSki currently the biggest indoor ski facility in the world reflects a shared commitment to the future of snow sports.

This partnership goes beyond commercial cooperation. Together, NZSki and BonSki will build pathways that connect year-round indoor skiing in the Northern Hemisphere with our alpine environments in the Southern Hemisphere. Our collaboration will span international youth ski programmes, NZSIA certification delivery, co-design and promotion of international ski travel packages, and bilateral coach exchanges all with the goal of creating accessible, high-quality ski experiences for more people around the world.

What stood out most during this visit wasn’t just the sheer scale of Shenzhen BonSki, 100,000 sqm, 3,000–5,000 daily visitors, FIS-certified slopes and a World Cup planned for next year and the passion plus professionalism of the Sunac-BonSki team. It’s clear we share the same values, the same ambition for the future of snow sports, and the same belief in making skiing more accessible to more people.
