Pacific Group Resorts: Year in Review 2025Reflecion on a year defined by progress, resilience, and thoughtful evolution across the Pacific Group Resorts portfolio. 2025 marked an important period of growth and progress for PGR. PGR continued to expand the portfolio through the strategic acquisitions of SilverStar Mountain Resort in British Columbia and Powderhorn Mountain Resort in Colorado (where we bought out our lease), while also concluding our management role at Ragged Mountain Resort. This natural realignment positions us well for the future, while unlocking a new western destination resort within our network. What remains unchanged are the values that have always guided our work: guest experience, affordability, local empowerment, and long-term stewardship of the places we operate. Over the past decade, the organization has experienced sustained, multi-year growth driven by a combination of disciplined acquisitions and consistent organic performance. That momentum continued in 2025, with meaningful year-over-year increases across revenue, operating performance, and advance-purchase products. Season passes and multi-packs once again played a critical role, with advanced product revenue up double-digit percentages year-over-year, exemplifying strong loyalty among our guests and confidence in our resorts. Behind the scenes, 2025 was also a year of strengthening the foundation by reinvesting directly into the guest experience through the purchase of a refurbished high-speed quad for installation at Powderhorn in summer 2026, expanding snowmaking capacity at Wisp Resort, Wintergreen Resort, and Jay Peak Resort, adding eight groomers across the six resorts, enhancing the digital customer experience, and elevating food and beverage offerings with new or refurbished outlets at Mount Washington Alpine Resort, Powderhorn, Wisp, and Wintergreen. Just as important as the projects completed are the people behind them. Across our mountains, dedicated team members delivered day in and day out—often in challenging conditions. Through their efforts, we focused on the guest experience, brought new skiers and riders into the sport, and delivered happenings worth talking about. Their commitment remains the single most important driver of our success. Looking ahead, we’re encouraged by the progress made and energized by the opportunity still ahead. The path forward won’t always be smooth, but the foundation is strong, the portfolio is well-positioned, and the people are exceptional. Thank you to our team members, partners, communities, and guests for being part of another meaningful year at Pacific Group Resorts. We’re grateful for the journey so far—and excited for what’s next.
