Evolution of the MND Group Governance

The French industrial group MND, a specialist in cable mobility, snowmaking systems, mountain safety, and leisure infrastructure, announces an evolution of its governance. This new MND governance marks an important milestone for the Group.

Retirement of Roland Didier

After 15 years of commitment to MND, Roland Didier is stepping down from his role as Chief Executive Officer upon his retirement. He was a key member of the Executive Committee and held this position with an extended scope of responsibilities (Purchasing, QHSE, SNOW, SAFETY & MBS business units).

MND wishes to acknowledge his career, his constant dedication, and his decisive contribution to the Group’s development.

Roland Didier played a decisive role in MND’s industrial and operational structuring. His commitment, rigor, and sense of responsibility have significantly strengthened the Group’s performance in France and internationally. By overseeing our subsidiaries and supporting the growth of the Snow, Safety, and MBS divisions, he helped firmly establish MND as a leading industrial player. We warmly thank him for his career and unwavering dedication to the Group.

Aged 41, he holds a dual engineering degree in Industrial Engineering (Arts & Métiers ParisTech) and Mechanical Engineering (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology – KIT, Germany), as well as a specialization in industrial processes.

He began his career at Saint-Gobain as an industrial process engineer before joining Swiss rolling stock manufacturer Stadler in 2010. Over nearly fifteen years, he held various management positions in France and internationally. He later became Sales Director of the Signalling division, where he was responsible for the commercial development of railway signalling and automation systems across European and global markets, in line with MND governance.
