LEITNER : Presenting Europe’s longest urban ropeway
The Ropeway manufacturer POMA, which belongs to the HTI Group, has build the first urban tricable gondola lift to connect three important transport hubs in the southwestern
French city Toulouse. Every 90 seconds a cabin will depart to move the inhabitants between the University Cancer Institute, Rangueil Hospital and Paul Sabatier University. Téléo, the Urban 3S cable car, is three kilometres long and provides an environmentally friendly, efficient and sustainable means of public transport with a travel time of just 10 minutes.
