Doppelmayr to construct Potosi Aerial Cable in Bogota, Colombia
After an international public tender, DoppelmayrGroup was awarded the project for the construction of the Potosi Aerial Cable in Bogota, Colombia, which will improve the mobility of nearly 600 thousand people.
The cable car will be 3.3 kilometers long and will have four stations corresponding to Portal Sur, Tres Reyes, Santa Viviana and Potosí, which will carry 4,000 passengers per hour/direction in 189 cabins with 10 seated passengers in each one.
