The new format enables ropeway employees to benefit from top-class content that is available any time, any place. For operations managers, integrating digital training into their personnel qualifications program noticeably reduces time and cost requirements. 

Top safety and availability plus optimal comfort are the hallmarks of ropeways from the Doppelmayr Group. Well-trained personnel are a must for operations and maintenance. Further training involves a high level of time resources on a recurring basis. That’s why Doppelmayr is expanding its training offer to include an online learning experience. Ropeway know-how can now be accessed any time, any place – top-class, direct and without additional time resources. Initially, the digital service will be available to Doppelmayr customers in the German-speaking region. The offer will then be successively rolled out to other markets. 

The learning content is divided into engaging modules and combined into compact training packages that can be booked as required. Each of these packages is focused on a clear learning goal and supported by an interactive structure and targeted storytelling. Every user is given a personal login to the Doppelmayr training platform and receives a personalized certificate of participation after successfully completing the course. The booked courses are simply allocated to the employees and are then available for four weeks.
