Holiday Mountain: Progress on installation of new quad chairlift

Holiday Mountain is making progress on the installation of our new quad chairlift on Turkey Trot!  This new 2800 ft long chairlift will be 30-40 feet to the right of the old 1968 Double Poma chairlift leaving the center clear for easier snowmaking and some great skiing (and alpine racing!).   

Big thanks to Dolomite Ski Area Service, NGS Construction LLC, Stevens Engineering, Partek Ski Lifts, Schmick Surveying, JJ Pavese for aerial drone topography and the Holiday Team for getting to great point.  

And a huge thank you to the Massanutten Resort for selling this quad chairlift. Without the help of other ski areas small mountains like Holiday would have a much more difficult time so we appreciate their willingness to help!
